In this paper, we address the problem of boundary controllability for one-dimensional nonlinear shallow water system, describing free surface flow as well under a fixed gate structure. The system differential equations considered can be interpreted simplified model particular type wave energy device converter called oscillating column. physical requirements naturally lead to exact in prescribed region. particular, use concept nodal profile which at given point (the node) time-dependent profiles states are required reachable by controls. By rewriting into hyperbolic with nonlocal conditions, first establish semi-global classical solutions then get local and using constructive method. addition, based on process, provide an algorithmic calculate control function generating solution solving these problem.

Modelling of the Dynamics of an immersed body in a microchannel with stenosis using the immersed boundary method
In the present study, the combination of lattice Boltzmann and immersed boundary methods is used to simulate the motion and deformation of a flexible body. Deformation of the body is studied in microchannel with stenosis and the effect of the flexibility changes on its deformation is investigated. The obtained results in the present manuscript show that by increasing the elasticity modulus, the...

In this paper we consider a modiication of the immersed boundary method based on a nite element approximation of the uid. Besides some theoretical considerations, we present two dimensional numerical examples which connrm the good behavior of the computed solutions.
متن کاملBoundary controllability of a coupled wave/Kirchoff system
We consider two problems in boundary controllability of coupled wave/Kirchoff systems. Let Ω be a bounded region in R, n ≥ 2, with Lipschitz continuous boundary Γ. In the motivating structural acoustics application, Ω represents an acoustic cavity. Let Γ0 be a flat subset of Γ which represents a flexible wall of the cavity. Let z denote the acoustic velocity potential, which satisfies a wave eq...
متن کاملA Fast Immersed Boundary Fourier Pseudo-spectral Method for Simulation of the Incompressible Flows
Abstract The present paper is devoted to implementation of the immersed boundary technique into the Fourier pseudo-spectral solution of the vorticity-velocity formulation of the two-dimensional incompressible Navier-Stokes equations. The immersed boundary conditions are implemented via direct modification of the convection and diffusion terms, and therefore, in contrast to some other similar ...
